Roubo and Sons LLC is owned and operated by Brenton Roubo, who is a native of southern Maine. He married his high school sweetheart. She is the most wonderful and supportive wife, and they’ve been married over 11 years. He is also the lucky father to three beautiful, young children. He hopes that one day his children will work beside him, so he may pass on many of the skills he has learned and hopes that maybe the business will grow to be big enough that all of them might want a part in it. Brenton is a big New England sports fan. He enjoys most of his personal time living through his children and spending time outdoors.

Brenton began his experience in the trades as a plumbing and heating apprentice at 19 years old in 2006, and worked in both the residential and commercial fields for the next six years. He joined the Maine Air National Guard in 2008, working in combat communications for his first six-year enlistment before transitioning into a role as a medic with the 101st Air Refueling Wing of Bangor, ME, where he still serves as a traditional guardsman. He has served on many Active Duty training missions, as well as a deployment to Iraq in 2011 and more recently he was activated to fight COVID-19 for six months through vaccinating military members, dependents, and Department of Defense civilians.

When he returned from Iraq in 2011 it was time for a change and he went to school to become a surgical technologist, learning a new career to assist with surgery. He worked at Maine Medical Center for seven years specializing in trauma and covering all fields of surgery while working the night shift throughout his last six years at the hospital. While working full-time at the hospital, Brenton would pick up side work, doing various handyman projects for many of his co-workers, and after a while he decided his efforts would be more fruitful if he started his own business doing HVAC and handyman work. The rest is history, and through God’s Will his business has been successful ever since and his customer list continues to grow. We hope you too can find what you need from Roubo and Sons LLC.
